Complete modules incorporating monolithic LED's can be designed and manufactured at our facility. These often incorporate drive and interface electronics, lenses and filters, mechanical interfaces and interconnect. This allows us to provide customers with a tested, fully functional component for simple integration into their target system.
Monolithic LEDs
Monolithic LEDs
Specialist wafer processing techniques are used to provide monolithic arrays of very small, high brightness emitting areas. This technology is employed to make LED arrays which are used in optical systems, Head-up displays, thermal imaging systems and also in commercial printing applications. These products can incorporate thousands of LED's on a single chip, with linear dimensions of individual diodes as small as 9µm.
Our processing facility is also available as a foundry service to our customers.
